Legacy - My Life, My Choice, My Decisions

We all deserve a little me time, a little what's next moment, a little I can do anything. We deserve these things because we invest within ourselves. Everyone's life starts out the same when we are born! Then we make the choices that either move us forward or keep us locked in chains. 

The life we choose to live is lead by choices that we make from time to time. We never know if the decision made will be the right one we just have to cross our fingers and hope we made the right choice. I remember when I was going over acceptance letters for college and had to decided which university I wanted to attend. Trust me the list was a lot longer than this:

1. Will I be successful there?
2. What is the crime rate?
3. What is the ratio of minority students?
4. Do I think this financial aid package is good?

After finishing college I had received two job offers, one was a Recruiting position and the other was a Business Systems Analyst. At that moment I had one week to decide how I wanted my life to go from this point on. If I picked the Recruiting position, I had the potential to thrive as a recruiter by making commission. BUT. If I picked the Business Systems Analyst position, I would be picking a career field that was directly related to my degree (BBA in Management Information Systems) and the payout would come with the experience that I would gain in the future. I picked the Business Systems Analyst position and set myself up for my current career track.

Whatever decision you make you need to prepare for the good and the bad. I write a list of the benefits and the down sides before I make most big decision in my life.

Every decision you make defines the legacy you leave!
